Register all guests
To complete the check-in you will need your reservation number, the dates of the stay and the ID or passport of all guests.
We recommend you do it before arriving at the accommodation.
Remember: all guests included in the booking must be registered.
Receive your PIN
If you have completed the online check-in, on the day of your arrival from 3pm, you will receive an Email and an SMS with your room number, your access PIN and the necessary instructions.
Arrive and enter your room
When you arrive at the hotel, find your room and enter your PIN on the door keypad. Without waiting, start enjoying your stay.
Your arrival is autonomous, and our Online Reception is available 24/7 to help you whenever you need it.
